Graphene Ceramic Coating for Car Paint

Graphene Ceramic Coating is a long-lasting graphene ceramic coating for car paintwork. It forms a hydrophobic (dirt- and water-repellent) protective layer with 10H hardness on the body: water and dirt roll off the surface, the car stays clean for longer and washing takes less time.

Suitable for:

Car paintwork. The result and service life depend on how the body has been prepared: a two-phase wash, clay bar decontamination and, if necessary, polishing are required before application. If you are not confident in your skills, it is better to have it applied by a detailing studio.

Use with:

For regular washing, use Ceramic Shampoo. To refresh the hydrophobic effect, use Fast Quartz once a month and Ceramic Spray Coating once every six months.

Contents, ingredients and storage:

Contents: 30 ml bottle, applicator, microfibre cloth, wipe, gloves, instructions, test card.
Ingredients: silsesquioxanes, tetrabutyl titanate, dimethicone.
Storage: store in a dry, cool place, tightly closed, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 3 years.
Precautions: use protective goggles and gloves. Avoid inhaling vapours and contact with skin and mucous membranes. If it gets in the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if needed. Keep away from children!

How to apply graphene ceramic coating to a car body:

NOTE! Apply the coating to a prepared body in the shade at a surface temperature of +15 to +24 °C.

Preparing the car:

1. Two-phase wash: first PRE WASH, then WASH&FOAM, to remove static dirt.
2. Decontaminate the paint with a clay bar or clay mitt with lubricant to remove ingrained contamination.
3. Touch up chips, if there are any.
4. Polish the paintwork. You can skip this step if the paint has no defects or the car is new.

Application:

1. Apply the coating to the applicator and spread it over the surface in a thin, even layer with horizontal and vertical strokes.
2. Wait 30–60 seconds or until a rainbow effect appears on the surface, then buff in circular motions with a soft microfibre cloth until smooth and glossy.
3. Leave the car in the shade for at least 24 hours so the coating can harden. Full curing can take 2–3 days: during this time, do not expose the car to water and do not wash it.

Caring for the coating:

Use Ceramic Shampoo for washing. In areas with heavy water exposure (wings, sills, front bumper, windscreen edge), apply Fast Quartz hydrophobic booster once a month and Ceramic Spray once every six months.
