How delivery works

Prices and delivery are quoted per order. Under FCA (Incoterms® 2020) we hand the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier or freight forwarder you nominate in Guangzhou. From that point, freight, insurance, import customs clearance, duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. If you do not have a forwarder, tell us in your request and we will discuss the options.

The destination port is discussed after your request.

Shipping documents

Every shipment is supported by the documents your customs broker needs: MSDS for each product, ISO documentation, a certificate of origin, a commercial invoice and a packing list.

Customs, duties and taxes

Who pays import duties and taxes?

The buyer. Under FCA terms, import customs clearance, duties and taxes are paid by the importer in the destination country.

How much will duties and taxes be?

Rates depend on the destination country, the product classification and the order value. Your customs broker can confirm them before you order. We will gladly help with product details for the classification.

Which documents do I receive for customs?

MSDS, ISO documentation, a certificate of origin, a commercial invoice and a packing list.

What if my cargo is held at customs?

Contact us right away and we will help with the documents. Storage and demurrage charges at the port are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I get samples?

Yes. Tick “Send me product samples” in the request form. Sample shipping is paid by the partner.

  • Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier at the agreed FCA point.
  • Please provide accurate consignee details. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
